Before establishing ASK First Aid and Safety, I had always been passionate about first aid and emergency services. By working as a medic on industrial sites and volunteering as a firefighter, I have seen the difference a trained bystander can make to a patient during critical situations. With that, my desire to bring quality and engaging training programs to Canada grew.
For more than four years, I have been working toward that goal. While I mostly work by myself, I have a team in the background supporting me and providing the help I need to give my community the best opportunities for success.
Cancellation policy
Once an individual has registered and paid for a course your spot is reserved. Class sizes are limited so I employ a cancellation policy regarding refund or transfer of course fees. Once you have received confirmation of your booking you will be liable for the entire course fee unless you give two full business days notification of cancellation via phone call, email or text message. For bookings cancelled with more than two full business days registration fees will be fully refunded. For bookings less than two full business days notice, registration fees are not refundable. Cancelled or postponed classes may occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or situations affecting the instructor. Notifications of any changes will be made via email or text at least 24hrs. prior to start of course. When this occurs A.S.K. First Aid and Safety will make every effort you will receive a full refund.
